address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
TAX: Sales tax of
8.75% (new rate effective 4/1/09) applies to all purchases.
RETURNS: Although I cannot imagine
that you will not completely LOVE your new SARINAstore jewelry, I understand that on occassion one may not be completely
satisfied with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving
it, for an exchange or full refund (unless it was a "custom" piece), as long as you return it in its original, undamaged
condition. YOU are responsible for ensuring that it arrives back to me in its original, undamaged condition
in order to receive your refund, so please package it in the same manner that it was sent to you. Please email me at
sarina@SARINAstore.com to confirm the arrangements.
REPAIRS: If you accidentally damage or break your jewelry, I will
repair it for you if you return the piece with all its beads and components for a small fee. Contact me to make arrangements.
You will be responsible for postage in both directions.
WHOLESALE PURCHASES: Minimum purchase of $500
and valid resale ID is required to qualify for wholesale discounts. Please email me at sarina@SARINAstore.com to discuss wholesale opportunities.
CUSTOM ORDERS: 50% deposit is required to begin a custom order. The
remaining 50%, plus tax and shipping is due prior shipping. Contact me directly at sarina@SARINAstore.com to discuss your custom request.
SIZE MATTERS: Please check individual sizes for each product
before purchasing. You can measure your favorite pieces of jewelry to get an idea of how the different lengths will fit you,
but remember that the larger the beads, the tighter the fit on your wrist, and therefore more length is needed. To measure
your wrist, use a measuring tape held snugly (not tight) on the part of your wrist where you want the bracelet to rest.
The bracelet generally should be 1/2" to 1" longer than your wrist measurement, depending on the size of the beads,
and how loose or snug you like to wear your bracelets.
